Shipping Information

We currently ship brand name contact lenses and designer eyewear to all 50 US states as well as
to Europe, South America and the Far East.

Shipping and Handling Fees

United States: Shipping Cost: USPS Priority $8.00 In-stock orders usually ship within the
next business day. Shipping within the United States takes 3-4 business days for delivery
for in-stock items. If your item was not in stock, we will e-mail you with an approximate time of shipping.
UNITED STATES ARMED FORCES: Shipping and Handling charges to APO and FPO
addresses will be charged the same as US domestic rates shown above.
Canada: Shipping prices for Canadian orders are $19.95 US. If shipping cost more, we will notify you
by e-mail and wait for your approval. Contacts Land is not responsible for orders after leaving the
United States, as well, we are not responsible for Duties and Customs. We are not responsible for
confiscations done by your Government.
All Other Countries are shipped via U.S. Postal Services. All International orders must be registered.
The following prices include registration fees : From 0 to 1lb $49.95 US, 1lb to 2lb $59.99 US,
2lb to 3lb $49.99 US . If shipping cost more, we will notify you by e-mail and wait for your approval.
Please allow 5-10 days for delivery. Please note that the minimum shipping and handling cost for international
orders is $49.00 via USPS Mail. Registered Air International Mail, usually takes 4-5 additional days
to be delivered, since is the most secure method that USPS offers.
International orders will be shipped only at the billing address. and we need to have in our records
the phone number of the issuing Bank for all credit card orders.

Return Policy

All returns need a return authorization, "RA". To obtain an RA please email at contactsland@yahoo.com.com
or call our toll free number.
Unopened vials and boxes must be returned within 14 days. Unopened and Unmarked products can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days with a new prescription.
Returned products need to be in new re-sale condition. Non-Defective
vials or boxes which have been opened or marked are not returnable.
